Philip Knight

Credit & Risk Director

Philip Knight has over 30 years’ experience in Asset Finance. He started his career at Lloyds Corporate Banking. Following roles in Credit and Risk at Lloyds Bowmaker, De Lage Landen and BNP Paribas, Philip joined Asset Advantage in 2007.

Philip is underwriting proposals on a daily basis, and will frequently meet with customers in person or via teams to get a full picture of the proposal. This in-person meeting gives the customer the chance to get a lender invested in the growth of their business.

Katie Dowse

Business Development Manager

Katie Dowse has over 30 years’ experience in the Finance Industry. She started her career in the sales aid leasing market with Lombard North Central PLC working in motor finance, plant and machinery and office equipment.

She then moved to Xerox Finance Ltd supporting the graphics arts channel in several roles. In 2007 she set up her own asset finance brokerage. She has a wealth of contacts, and an understanding of the objectives and challenges brokers face.

Special Guest Nick White, Motorsport Champion

We are delighted to be joined by Nick White. Nick White is the reigning AM class Ginetta Motorsport champion.

With the 2025 season about to start in April, Nick is talking to us about how to set yourself up for success.

He will show footage from his race, and will bring in the racing car. Nick White has been sponsored by Asset Advantage since 2018.
