NACFB Commercial Lender Awards – Underwriting Team of the Year

Asset Advantage is delighted to be shortlisted in the NACFB Commercial Lender Awards for Underwriting Team of the Year.

Our tight-knit underwriting team have been lending to SMEs for 16 years. In a rapidly changing environment we remain consistent. 

Brokers value our underwriters’ openness, willingness to listen, and eagerness to work to get to a deal. Our underwriters frequently meet with customers to get the in-depth information we need.  This in-person meeting gives the customer the chance to get a lender invested in the growth of their business. In many cases this first meeting leads to a decade-long relationship.  

NACFB Member brokers will be invited to vote in the awards. Member voting opens on Tuesday 24th October for a week, closing at 5pm on Tuesday 31st October 2023. NACFB Members who are eligible to vote will be sent a password to access the voting platform.
