This deal came to Sam Peel from the supplier to facilitate the shop fit-out and printing equipment for a new start printing shop franchise.

The deal required a loan for the shop fit-out, and finance lease for the equipment. Asset Advantage offered Finance Lease for £33k for equipment, and a loan for £48k for fit-out and furniture, on a 5-year term. This flexible deal enabled all 5 suppliers to be included in one agreement.
