Hire Purchase For 12 BBL Brewhouse

Beer experts branched into running a pub, and are now breaking into the brewing sector with their own craft beer. This experienced team needed funding to purchase the brewing equipment, specifically a 12 BBL Brewhouse.

However, despite the director’s impressive credentials, they faced rejection after rejection from every lender. They eventually found a deal from a sub-prime lender offering extremely high rates. Dissatisfied with their progress, they phoned Adam Olden, who they met at SIBA, The Society of Independent Brewers and Associates BeerX.

Adam recognised the strong story to this deal, and assembled the necessary information to present it to Asset Advantage.

Adam recommended Hire Purchase for this customer. As compared to Finance Lease, with Hire Purchase the item goes on the balance sheet from day one. This is important for new-start businesses as it boosts the balance sheet going forward, and could support any lending they required in the future.

Furthermore, even though the equipment requirement was a high advance for a new company, Adam knew there was a good story to the deal.
